When I tell you that I absolutely LOVE SHELBY!! She went above and beyond to help my little family find our new luxurious home! She assisted me in viewing a few apartments but that’s NOT the only thing I’m here to talk about. I had my 2.5 year old son with us and he’s what I like to call Sonic the hedgehog , super fast/active with a ton of energy. Did I mention he loves attention? Shelby literally would play with my son, talk to him and take him on walks so I could converse with the leasing agents. She didn’t hesitate at all! Shelby is literally an angel on earth and purely genuine. She’s a true gem and I couldn’t have done this so fast and easily without her. Her personality and aura will put you at ease about moving because let’s face it , not too many people enjoy apartment hunting and moving in general, right ?? Shelby is your lady to call on and this service IS FREE! Thank you again Shelby!💕

Cathy was the BEST. Truly got me approved so fast and into the CUTEST place. Super quick to respond and answer any questions. I was definitely impressed, especially after such a long search of rentals without her. I would definitely hit her up to help you find something that fits you and your time frame. 10 of 10, will be using her again in future moves for sure.

Sean Bass is the G.O.A.T. Greatest Of All Time, in my desperation of having to move at the last minute . Sean found me not 1, not 2 but more choices than I could ever imagine. He stayed by my side and walk me through every step to make sure I was comfortable with the choice I chose, he also communicated for me with the apartments. He really took care of my move. Moving is already a hectic experience and our situation was alittle unique, but Dillion was awesome. He was understanding, helpful and really walked with us through the entire process to the end. It is very hard to find someone who truly care these days, so when you do find it, you are thankful. Dillion went over and beyond. So thankful. Great experience.

So Apartment Hunters is actually awesome. They take all of the leg work out of looking and searching for a place to live, and it's at no cost to you. The service is absolutely free, which is amazing. I would highly recommend speaking with Shelby Ward. She's fun, smart, witty, and totally on her game. In a real estate market that had limited availability and rising rates; she found a great apt in less than a week. One can totally see that she loves her job and does excellent work. She really has a passion for real estate and for helping you find what you're looking for.
