Cathy Tuggle is the Owner and Principal Broker of Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. She married her childhood sweetheart, Paul, almost 24 years ago, who is also the Vice President. They have a 21 year old son, Weston, who is very involved with both companies. Cathy is a native of Central Arkansas and has over 27 years of experience in the multifamily industry through marketing, training, and property management. Not only is Cathy the Principal Broker, but she also holds the Certified Apartment Manager and National Apartment Leasing Professional designations through the National Apartment Association. Cathy has been involved with Make A Wish since 2005 and has served on the Wish Council for the past 7 years. She is also the former Chair of the Council as well as serving as the Chair for the Evening of Wishes Event in 2013, 2014, and 2015 through Make A Wish. Cathy has been serving on the Executive Committee at the Little Rock Regional Chamber for the past 8 years as Membership Chair, Small Business Chair, currently serving as the Chairman of the Board for 2018. Cathy also serves on the AR Kids Read Board of Directors. AR Kids Read is a non-profit designed to improve the future of Arkansas children and families by advancing literacy education through community engagement and tutoring so that all children can read proficiently by the end of third grade. Cathy serves on the Arvest Bank Board of Directors and Fifty for the Future. And, Cathy is the past President for Apartments Across America, an exclusive professional locator organization, which includes apartment locators throughout the US. Cathy was named one of the 28 Women to Watch in Little Rock in 2015!
Paul Tuggle is the Vice President of Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. Paul is also a native of Central Arkansas and attended SAU in Camden where he studied Photography. Paul spent most of his career as the Vice President of Fleming Network Services and employed there for 18 years. He is a Residential Builder where he and Cathy have flipped homes and condos. Paul is a Master Electrician and is an accredited RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) and NTS (Network Technology Systems Designer) through BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service Industry). Paul joined the team in 2005 full time and is responsible for overseeing company accounts payable/receivables, IT for our office and corporate suites, HR, photography, and other office duties.
Leasing and Relocation Director
Veronica McKnight is the Leasing and Relocation Specialist Director at Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters. She married her best friend Keith McKnight in 2014 and they welcomed their daughter Vanity into the world in August of 2017. Veronica has been in the industry for 5 years now. She started out as a leasing agent on property, she quickly worked her way up to Property Manager in no time. Veronica received her National Apartment Leasing Professional designation in 2014. She received her Certified Apartment Manager designation in 2016 and she became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2017. She is now a member of the 10k Club at Apartment Hunters for exceeding over 10k in sales for March and April of 2018. Veronica currently holds the title of Mrs. Pulaski County America 2017.
Leasing and Relocation Specialist
Bethany Cox is a Leasing and Relocation Specialist at Tuggle Services, DBA Apartment Hunters. She met Weston Tuggle in 2015 and the two are now engaged. They welcomed their son, John Cameron, into the world at the end of 2017. Bethany graduated High School in North East Arkansas in 2014. In 2015 she moved to Central Arkansas where is began working for Apartment Hunters. She attended college at UALR/Pulaski Tech in 2016 before working for Apartment Hunters full time. Bethany has 3 years of experience in marketing, leasing, and property management. Bethany now works for Apartment Hunters part time and spends her off days with her precious son and her 3 furbabies!
