Cathy Tuggle is the Owner and Principal Broker of Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites (A Real Estate and Relocation Service) since October 1, 1999 (celebrated 27 years). She married her childhood sweetheart, Paul, 32 years ago, who is also the Vice President. Cathy is a native of Central Arkansas and has over 35 years of experience in the multifamily industry through marketing, training, and property management. Not only is Cathy the Principal Broker, but she also holds the Certified Apartment Manager and National Apartment Leasing Professional designations through the National Apartment Association.

Cathy has been involved with Make A Wish since 2005 and served on the Wish Council for 10 years and volunteered for the organization. She was also the former Chair of the Council as well as serving as the Chair for the Evening of Wishes Event in 2013, 2014, and 2015. Cathy served on the Executive Board of the Little Rock Regional Chamber for 17 years and rolled off the end of 2024. She served as Membership Chair, Small Business Chair, and the Chairman of the Board in 2018 for the Little Rock Regional Chamber. Cathy also served on the AR Kids Read Board of Directors for 10 years and served as the Chair and chaired a couple of fundraising events.

Cathy serves on the Arvest Bank Board of Directors, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Advisory Board and Real Estate Advisory Board, Fifty for the Future, and a member of Downtown Rotary Club 99.  Cathy served as President for the Arkansas Apartment Association and Apartments Across America, an exclusive professional locator organization, which includes apartment locators throughout the US.  Cathy is a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXVIII.

Cathy was named one of the 28 Women to Watch in Little Rock in 2015, she was the recipient of the Judy Love Award in 2023, named Fifty Over Fifty in 2023, and Philanthropist of the Year with the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas in 2024.

Paul Tuggle is the Vice President of Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. Paul is also a native of Central Arkansas and attended SAU in Camden where he studied Photography. Paul spent most of his career as the Vice President of Fleming Network Services and employed there for 18 years. He is a Residential Builder where he and Cathy have flipped homes and condos. Paul is a Master Electrician and is an accredited RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) and NTS (Network Technology Systems Designer) through BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service Industry). Paul joined the team in 2005 full time and is responsible for overseeing company accounts payable/receivables, IT for our office and corporate suites, HR, photography, and other office duties.

Jessica Paradise began her career in the multifamily industry in 2008 and quickly developed a passion for the fast-paced environment and strong sense of community that defines the industry. After stepping away during the COVID period, she is excited to return and reconnect with colleagues while continuing to build meaningful relationships throughout the multifamily community. Outside of her professional life, Jessica has been married since 2012 and enjoys a lively household with five beloved pets – affectionately known as the “Paradise Zoo”. She and her family have also opened their home to 14 international exchange students from a variety of countries, creating lasting cultural connections and memorable experiences. Jessica looks forward to working alongside both new colleagues and familiar faces as she continues her journey in the multifamily industry.
