She assisted me in viewing a few apartments but that’s NOT the only thing I’m here to talk about. I had my 2.5 year old son with us and he’s what I like to call Sonic the hedgehog , super fast/active with a ton of energy. Did I mention he loves attention? Shelby literally would play with my son, talk to him and take him on walks so I could converse with the leasing agents. She didn’t hesitate at all! “We recently assisted a lady and her son, who was relocating from New Zealand, who accepted a position with a major employer in Little Rock. She was not familiar with the city at all and needed a lot of assistance. She had several requirements that needed to be met in order to be happy with her relocation.
She wanted to make sure that her new place was near her workplace, but also had to be near a certain school for her son. She had to lease her new home without actually viewing the property, but needed someone to help her in making the right choice. We visited with her via email and phone to find out her needs, budget, and desires of the perfect place. After finding out her wish list, we prepared 4 great places that best suit her needs. We presented her with details about each place, plus multiple true to life photos, a video of the actual properties, and location. This information was extremely valuable to her, so she could select the property of her choice.
The property wasn’t available for the exact date that she needed, so we were able to provide her with a temporary furnished suite until she was able to move into her new rental home. She was extremely pleased with our process since she was trying to make a decision from so far away.
Relocating and moving is one of the most stressful things anyone could do especially when you are moving from another country. She was overjoyed and relieved that we were able to help guide her through this process and help find the perfect rental home that fit all her needs and wants!”

Cathy Tuggle is the Owner and Principal Broker of Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. She married her childhood sweetheart, Paul, almost 25 years ago, who is also the Vice President. They have a 22 year old son, Weston, who is very involved with both companies. Cathy is a native of Central Arkansas and has over 28 years of experience in the multifamily industry through marketing, training, and property management. Not only is Cathy the Principal Broker, but she also holds the Certified Apartment Manager and National Apartment Leasing Professional designations through the National Apartment Association. Cathy has been involved with Make A Wish since 2005 and has served on the Wish Council for the past 8 years. She is also the former Chair of the Council as well as serving as the Chair for the Evening of Wishes Event in 2013, 2014, and 2015 through Make A Wish. Cathy has been serving on the Executive Committee at the Little Rock Regional Chamber for the past 9 years as Membership Chair, Small Business Chair, and recently served as the Chairman of the Board in 2018. Cathy also serves on the AR Kids Read Board of Directors as the Chair. AR Kids Read is a non-profit designed to improve the future of Arkansas children and families by advancing literacy education through community engagement and tutoring so that all children can read proficiently by the end of third grade. Cathy serves on the Arvest Bank Board of Directors, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Advisory Board, and Fifty for the Future. Paul Tuggle is the Vice President of Tuggle Services, Inc. DBA Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. Paul is also a native of Central Arkansas and attended SAU in Camden where he studied Photography. Paul spent most of his career as the Vice President of Fleming Network Services and employed there for 18 years. He is a Residential Builder where he and Cathy have flipped homes and condos. Paul is a Master Electrician and is an accredited RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) and NTS (Network Technology Systems Designer) through BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service Industry). Paul joined the team in 2005 full time and is responsible for overseeing company accounts payable/receivables, IT for our office and corporate suites, HR, photography, and other office duties.

Stephanie Hill is the Executive Assistant to the Owner/Principal Broker Cathy Tuggle. Stephanie grew up in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and graduated Pine Bluff High School in 2005.
