Start by contacting our office. We’ll talk about your needs and wants for your perfect apartment home or rental property.
We’ll take a look at our database, and we’ll send you an e-brochure complete with photos and floorplans of the property listings we think would make a great match. Our Leasing and Relocation Specialist will have a conversation with you about each property. We will then schedule tours for you to see each place!
While touring the properties, we’ll also show you around the neighborhood and talk about schools in the area, shopping, restaurants, and other places of interest. Our agents are available to answer any and all questions regarding each property to help you make a well-informed decision on your next home!

When I tell you that I absolutely LOVE SHELBY!! She went above and beyond to help my little family find our new luxurious home! She assisted me in viewing a few apartments but that’s NOT the only thing I’m here to talk about. I had my 2.5 year old son with us and he’s what I like to call Sonic the hedgehog , super fast/active with a ton of energy. Did I mention he loves attention? Shelby literally would play with my son, talk to him and take him on walks so I could converse with the leasing agents. She didn’t hesitate at all! Shelby is literally an angel on earth and purely genuine. She’s a true gem and I couldn’t have done this so fast and easily without her. Charity with Apartment Hunters Little Rock was THE BEST! She has helped make this transition so smooth for me and my boyfriend! Not only did she help us find an amazing apartment in a great neighborhood, but ANYTIME I had a question about any apartment or about the city (because I had never been here before!) Charity is such an amazing human being!!! And holy cow- did she deliver. I told her exactly what I needed (I was coming into town quickly and didn’t exactly give her much of a time frame to work with- and 3 days after meeting her I was signing a lease in the exact space I wanted and needed!!! There’s no cost to you - she does all the work for you- and you get in the place you need!!!! Ask for charity I’m telling you, you will be so glad you did!!!

Sean Bass is the G.O.A.T. Greatest Of All Time, in my desperation of having to move at the last minute . Sean found me not 1, not 2 but more choices than I could ever imagine.
