So Apartment Hunters is actually awesome. They take all of the leg work out of looking and searching for a place to live, and it's at no cost to you. The service is absolutely free, which is amazing. I would highly recommend speaking with Shelby Ward. She's fun, smart, witty, and totally on her game.
